Metals (steel):

• 3 complete Continuous Casting Machines and many other revampings.

• EAF (Electric Arc Furnace).

• Preheating gas Furnace. Complete automation revamping for a tube reheating furnace.

• Zones: rolling mill, transport of bars and tubes.

• Tube treatment and mechanization.

• Mold Caster developement and commissioning for 4 casting machines.
• Mold Caster sensor developement and commissioning.

Oil & Gas:

• Telemetering and control of 100 petroleum batteries (stations of stock and re-pumping.

• Water plant for oil secondary extraction: pumping from river, de-oxygen, treatment and pumping and storage of water.

Other main experiences:

• Powder soap plant: complete revamping of the entire plant (>4500 T./wk).

• Shampoo plant: automation engineering.

• Trains: Power Telecommand and telemetry of transformer centers and power transfer.

• Tobacco: plant for powder extraction, separation and re-utilization.
